I can't seem to recreate the problems you are having with Docky and Conky. If you start Docky by typing docky into the Terminal then empty the trash, when it crashes it should tell you why in the Terminal.

Well I tried all week and every time docky quit, I had in the trash 9 x old podcasts of mp3 and ogg formats.
Now I have tried to repeat with just on or two things and docky is ok, I don't know, I'll try later in the week when I have some more podcasts to delete.
