Thanks PG. I deleted it and then went to "Add to Panel" and hit `Add` and the error notice came up immediately. So I removed it from the panel. I then had a similar message from Global so I have taken that off as well for now. Thing is I am so pleased with everything else and the issue is  not happening on my laptop that is  installed with this OS and from the same live DVD. Only this PC is having the problem. You could close this post for now and I will resurrect the problem in a few weeks if I cannot crack it myself between now and then. Cheers. Btop.
