What about a domain?
« on: August 28, 2010, 04:16:28 am »
I am very, very much impressed by this OS and i want it to stay forever among us. So i would like to donate a domain for pinguy-os.com

Pinguy, can you please pm me and tell me how can i help.

PS> Can you please make a stand alone package which will upgrade each time a new pinguy os is released? like a package that will make any ubuntu to pinguy os, or any pinguy os 10.04.1 to 10.04.2. You know what im sayin? SuperOS has it.

take care.

a easy upgrade path would be great but I like that it has it's roots in ubuntu because it's widely supported and the changes so far hasn't broken compatibility.

That for me, is the best part of this. Maybe we'll need to do a fresh install every 6 months or so. Nice way to clear the garbage... :)

I have got a  domain:
http://www.pinguyos.com/
http://pinguyos.com/

Just haven't got enough funds yet to get a server.
I'm the Pinguy OS developer.

DONATE TO PINGUY OS or show some love on Flattr.com
